Online Case Management
Using our new Online Case Management area gives you more control over your Cases. Use it to open new Cases, check on existing Cases and even close Cases. You have edit access to your own Cases and view access to Cases opened by other Contacts within your company.
Group 1 Support Site
Former Group 1 Software customers can log on to to the Group 1 Support Site and access all of the online support options and resources that are available. Please note that the eService / Knowledge Base option has been replaced with a new Online Case Management Area. This new Online Case Management Area offers similar functionality as eService except we will be able to provide a more feature-rich and robust online experience as new features become available.
DOC1 Support Net Site
Former DOC1 customers can log on to the DOC1 Support Net Site and access all of the online support options and resources that are available.
