Challenge

The Optus Business division needed the ability to automate its customer assessment process for network connection requests and provide these intricate Optus network details to over 300 desktop users.

Solution

Pitney Bowes Software’s MapXtreme® reduced assessment times, uses a Windows NT server platform and supports a combination of PC and Macintosh systems. Our MapMarker® search engine technology was applied to find the customer’s geographic location and cross-check against other references.
