Challenge
NYCM needed to find a way to provide prospective customers with a convenient method for determining where the nearest NYCM agent is located. NYCM’s customer service staff also needed to be able to quickly locate the agent(s) closest to a prospective customer.
Solution
NYCM used MapXtreme®, in conjunction with MapInfo Professional®, MapMarker® Plus, and StreetPro®, to integrate agent locator functionality into their web site and to deploy "find-the-nearest" capabilities in their call centers.
