Challenge
Mr Rental wanted to grow their franchise business and give franchise owners the opportunity to develop a clear profile of niche target markets but was only able to rely on Census data and Commonwealth Electoral District information to define territories.
Solution
Using Pitney Bowes' MapInfo Professional software, Mr Rental was able to define franchise territories which led to an entire realignment of the sales territories. This provided Mr Rental with a clear illustration of territories sold, remaining and unsustainable areas for planning viable franchise territory and optimal position of stores for their target market.
