London Life Insurance Provides Financial Statements over the Web
London Life Insurance needed to move quickly after it acquired Prudential Insurance Company’s entire Canadian business operations near the end of 1996. The acquisition added a number of new customers and extended the London, Ontario-based company’s portfolio of products and services to include the Maxxum group of mutual funds. London Life wanted to welcome its new client base and maintain its reputation for providing outstanding customer service within its Retirement Services business area. London Life planned to converge its customer financial statement systems into one new system and also provide online, “real-time” access to the statements.
