Dynamic Spatial Searching
As a user zooms in or out; or pans around in a MapInfo Professional Mapper window, the Compass Scout dataset list is dynamically updated. To uncover relevant datasets quickly and easily, the user can select either overlap or entirely within from the Compass Scout menu.
Text Searching
Operators such as “contains”, “starts with” and “not like” can be utilised to search MapInfo Professional file names for vital data.
