Rogers Communications had large amounts of customer information spread across the organization in different departments. To bring all of this information together for a more complete view of customers, including the services that customers currently had and a record of customer communications, Rogers turned to Pitney Bowes Software's Enterprise Location Intelligence solution to gather and display all of this data in a web-environment that was accessible across the organization.
